CCDN 331 P4 Written Manifesto

The manifesto I want to show in this project is ‘Break the Boundary’, this line give me lots of inspirations. The purpose of Design is figure out problems. But before that, we need to break the original cognitive mode or we cannot solve the problem well. I quote from Albert Einstein: “We can’t solve the problem by using the same kind of thinking we used when we create them”(Before Incarceration  (2010)). The other advantage of “Break the Boundary” is we can and we will acquire a lot of special work. Denis Diderot who is a 18^th century art critic for the concept of the fourth wall (Stevenson  (1995)), after that, plenty of art form such as dramas, films, novels try to break the fourth wall and bring audiences a new experience. It becomes one of the most unique dramatic skills. The comic book called ‘Deadpool kills Marvel Universe’ is talking about the character Deadpool found he is just a fictional character; the truth drove him to despair. In the end he kills the entire Marvel Universe and break the fourth wall massacre the Marvel Company (Bunn, Talajic and Loughridge, n.d.). This is a really classic comic story and it shows us the result of break the fourth wall. “Break the Boundary” is a very interesting manifesto, therefore in this project I wish I can break some boundaries and bring some interesting work.
